Refund Policy

Changes To Your Order

If there are any changes to your order please contact us as soon as possible so that we have a chance to rectify before your order is shipped. Orders are normally shipped between 1 hour and 1 business day after your order is placed. We are not able to change your address or cancel your order once your package has been handed over to the shipping company.

Returns & Refund

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date your order has been passed on to the shipping company. If you change your mind for any reason you can return your order within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund (excluding shipping) provided the item is not damaged and unopened with the plastic seal intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please email info@skullcharcoal.com for the return address.

Damaged Items

We've done our best to package Skull Charcoal to protect it during transport, but shipping companies can be very rough with your goods! 

If you took out Break Insurance and your item arrives damaged, we'll cover the cost of a brand new box and the additional shipping costs once you have emailed us images of the damage.

 

Lost In Transit

If a product is lost in transit (not delivered within 30 days according to the carrier) provided your delivery address is correct we will send out a replacement at no cost. Note: If the carrier states the item is delivered then we will treat it as such. No replacement will be sent for address errors made on your behalf.
