WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse where we will prepare your order and send it out in 1-2 business days (often the same day). If your order was placed on weekend, it may take up to 2-3 days before shipping it out.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We ship all our orders from the USA with UPS & USPS. For USA orders you should receive your items in 1-7 days. For international orders you should receive your order in 3 -10 business days

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER OR ADDRESS?

If there are any changes to your order please contact us as soon as possible so that we have a chance to rectify before your order is shipped. Orders are normally shipped between 1 hour and 1 business day after your order is placed. We are not able to change your address or cancel your order once your package has been handed over to the shipping company.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date your order has been passed on to the shipping company. If you change your mind for any reason you can return your order within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund (excluding shipping) provided the item is not damaged and unopened with the plastic seal intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please email info@skullcharcoal.com for the return address.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you have received your shipping confirmation, you will be able to check the status of your order by clicking "View Order" in your order and shipping confirmation emails.

Small boxes have 3 high quality skulls
Large boxes have 6 high quality skulls

I ORDERED MORE THAN ONE ITEM BUT DIDN'T GET MY WHOLE ORDER

Sometimes we may ship multiple items from different warehouses so it is common that you will receive two or more separate packages. Please contact customer support - info@skullcharcoal.com if you have any concerns.

ARE THERE IMPORT DUTIES?

All our products are shipped from the USA. No import duties apply to any orders shipped within the USA. Import duties may apply if you live outside the USA. Please refer to your local import laws. Import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

All our stock is shipped from within the USA.
